Annual Reports

The staff of Catholic Family Center and Catholic Charities Community Services not only continued to serve their clients with heart and passion, but they also began the journey of coming together as one during 2021. Working together, the staff is continuing the legacy of a combined 140 years of compassionate service to the most vulnerable individuals and families living in the city of Rochester, as well as throughout all 12 counties of the Diocese of Rochester.

The creation of Catholic Charities Family and Community Services required increased efforts by the staff, and asked all of us to be more thoughtful, reflective and strategic amidst our day-to-day responsibilities already exacerbated by the COVID19 pandemic. Through it all, the quality of our services remained high, serving nearly 20,000 people during 2021.
