Family and Community Services offers Medical Transportation services for individuals with HIV/AIDS for travel to medical appointments, support groups, pharmacy visits, Department of Health and Human Services and other related medical care.
Transportation services are available to individuals living with HIV/AIDS in Monroe, Chemung, Livingston, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne and Yates counties.
